A Tomah man received multiple citations as a result of a hit and run accident in the City of Mauston.  Police said earlier this month 19-year old Randy Dopson was traveling west on Highway 82 on the City’s east side.  He drove past the entrance to the Pilot Gas Station.  Dopson then stopped, back up perpendicular to the driveway, and collided with a west bound van being operated by an Adams man, 35-year old Paul Wilbert.  No one was injured.  Dopson stopped to talk with Wilbert and then left the scene.  Dopson was cited for hit and run, failure to yield, inattentive driving, failure to notify police of accident, operating motor vehicle without insurance.  His fines totaled $957.20.
