An Arkdale woman was charged earlier this month as a result of an incident last year. According to the complaint, in March 2012 37-year old Ruth Weir allegedly got into a physical altercation with a minor. Weir has been charged with physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm. A copy of the criminal complaint mailed to Weir at her Arkdale address has been returned to the Adams County Sheriff’s Department. Weir is scheduled for an initial court appearance on February 4th, 2013.
