Charges of domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct are being referred to the Adams County District Attorney’s office for an Adams man. On December 17, the Adams Police Department responded to a disturbance at a residence on South Main Street. The victim made a statement that Raymond Cochrane had struck her repeatedly. According to the police report, there was visible bruising to the victim’s face. A witness at the scene made statements to the officer that collaborated with the victims. Cochrane was transported to Moundview Memorial Hospital for medical clearance and then to the Adams County Jail.
