A bench warrant has been issued for a Lyndon Station man. Court records show that 40-year-old Antonio Frias failed to show up for his initial appearance on Wednesday for charges of OWI, causing injury and operating with a PAC, causing injury. According to the criminal complaint, on February 5, Frias was involved single vehicle crash that left him and his passenger injured in the Town of Kildare. They were both transported to Mile Bluff Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Frias admitted to law enforcement he had been drinking earlier that night and that he was the driver, but said that the passenger had grabbed the wheel, causing the accident. Police talked to the passenger and she told them that she couldn’t remember anything about the crash. A blood test showed that Frias’ blood alcohol concentration was .140.
