Two people were injured in a two vehicle accident that occurred last Friday at the intersection of Martin and Grove Street. Law enforcement said a witness saw the driver of a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado truck traveling north on Grove Street fail to stop at a stop sign and pull out in front of a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager van, causing the van to strike the truck. The driver of the van said that the truck didn’t stop at the stop sign and pulled out in front of him. The driver of the truck stated that she was unsure if she had stop, but admitted to not observing the van and pulling out in front of it. The driver of the truck and a passenger in the van were medically transported with non-incapacitating injuries. No other injuries were reported.
