A Woodbury, Minnesota man has been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing an officer. Early last Friday morning, Mauston Police were dispatched to a bar on Highway 82 East for a male subject passed out on the floor. While police were attending to the downed male, 40-year-old Daniel R. Harden was causing a disturbance. When the officer attempted to identify Harden, Harden walked out of the bar, and a foot pursue ensued towards the area of the Kwik Trip. Harden entered the Kwik Trip and continued to cause a disturbance with the officer. When a Juneau County Deputy arrived on scene Hardin was taken into custody and transported to the Juneau County Jail. Online court records show that Harden was released on a $175 cash bond and a pretrial conference has been scheduled for December. The patron that was passed out on the floor was overly intoxicated, and was eventually given a ride to his quarters.
