There was a two vehicle accident in the City of Mauston. Mauston Police responded to a crash on North Union Street at Monroe Street on November 2nd at about 6:45 p.m. 67-year-old John Gabower was stopped waiting to turn west on Monroe Street when his vehicle was struck from behind by 51-year-old Samie Chambers of Sun Prairie, Chambers’ vehicle sustained severe damage in the crash. No injuries were reported, but Chambers was cited for inattentive driving.
