A Madison man was arrested for OWI-5th offense. According to the Sauk County’s Sheriff’s Office, on January 18th at approximately 2:40am, a deputy arrested 27-year-old Antonio D. Hodges. The deputy observed Hodges speeding in the City of Baraboo and following a traffic stop, the deputy located a loaded handgun under the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Hodges refused to submit to a blood test at which time a warrant was issued for the test. Hodges became uncooperative and resisted attempts to obtain the blood test. Hodges was booked into the Sauk County Jail for Operating After Revocation due to OWI Conviction – 2nd offense, OWI-5th Offense, Resisting an Officer, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
