“At this time the City of New Lisbon will not be hiring a City Administrator, instead the New Lisbon City Council Monday night created a new Clerk-Treasurer position,” said Deputy Clerk Lisa Vinz. “I was offered to fill the new position and I accepted. The City will not be hiring an administrator at this time.” The former City Administrator Ed Kaelin had retired last year. Vinz said, ”the Council decided not to increase recycling fees but keep the fees as is. Council members also approved writing-off a 12-thousand 660-dollar Community Development Block Grant loan due to foreclosure.” Vinz said the Council did not report out of Closed Session.
