A Camp Douglas man was injured as a result of a motorcycle/car accident Wednesday afternoon. Monroe County authorities said about 3:45pm 58-year old Larry Fisher was operating a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle east on Highway 21 in the Town of Byron when the driver of a west bound vehicle, 75-year old Jack Goldstein of Owensboro, Kentucky, made a left turn onto County Road PP. Fisher attempted to avoid the collision but struck the right rear area of the Goldstein car. The impact caused Fisher’s motorcycle to go down and slide across the highway. Fisher was medically transported to Tomah Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Goldstein and his passenger, 65-year old Shirley Goldstein, were not injured.
