Registration for all students attending the School District of New Lisbon will be held Thursday August 7th from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the district multipurpose room. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend. While at registration, parents and guardians can update a census verification form, complete a free and reduced meal application, deposit money into their food service account, take care of prior fees owed and complete a health form for each of their children. The school district does ask that parents/guardians bring emergency contact information, payment for children’s lunch account and prior fees, and a list of current medications and allergies for each of their children.
