An Elroy woman was cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, first offense. On Sunday, law enforcement responded to a vehicle in the ditch along Highway 80 near Taylor Road in the Town of Lisbon. According to the police report, a Juneau County deputy made contact with the lone occupant of the vehicle, 33-year-old Reanna Kemp. Kemp told the deputy that she had been working long hours the past week, and fell asleep at the wheel. While talking to Kemp, the deputy noticed signs of intoxicants and asked Kemp if she had been drinking. Kemp said she had had four beers earlier. Kemp agreed to perform field sobriety tests, which she could not complete successfully and a preliminary breath test showed .112%. Kemp was arrested for operating under the influence and transported to the Juneau County Jail. Another breath test at the jail showed a result of .10g/210L. Kemp was also cited for inattentive driving.
