There was a rollover accident in the Town of Christiana Tuesday afternoon. Vernon County Sheriff John Spears said 25-year-old Sheila Larson of Westby was driving a vehicle, northbound on East Ridge Road near Larson Road. She lost control on a corner while swerving to miss an oncoming vehicle. Larson’s vehicle left the roadway and overturned into the ditch. Larson and her passenger had to be extricated. Spears said Larson reported no injuries and was wearing a seat belt. Larson’s five month old baby was also in the vehicle restrained in a child safety seat. The child was transported to Vernon Memorial Hospital to be checked out. The accident remains under investigation by the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office.
