There was a two vehicle accident in the Village of Necedah Saturday. According to the accident report, 29-year-old Matthew Emery of Necedah was south bound on Highway 80 and 27-year-old Tricia Keating of New Lisbon was traveling northbound. Witnesses said that Keating was distracted and turned south onto 12th Street into the path of Emery’s vehicle, causing the collision. Police say Keating was medically transported for possible injuries. Both drivers were wearing their seat belts. Emery was cited for operating after suspension and Keating was cited for inattentive driving.
